Secret Projects

Official contact with Aliens has been a fact for decades. Some sources mention that Hitler already was in touch with aliens, and bought technological knowledge from them, in exchange for information with regard to Dr. Mengele's experiments with genetics. Most sources, however, refer to the beginning of the UFO boom in 1947, as the time of the first official (yet denied) contacts.
Several governments are believed to have negotiated contracts with the aliens. One can think of many reasons why these governments have chosen not to reveal the contacts they had with aliens. The result of this, however, is that a whole network of programs had to be established, in order to ensure the secrecy of the interactions with the aliens.
