Secret Space Programs
For decades, there has been speculation that the US has had a secret space program that is far more advanced than its publicly acknowledged counterpart. There have been persistent rumors of a secret space fleet that was built using extraterrestrial technology, which was recovered from crashed vehicles. As the very existence of such secret space program would be highly classified, only circumstantial evidence is available at present.
Noteworthy, however, is the testimony of Ben Rich, the late director of Lockheed Skunk Works, who made some startling confessions on his deathbed in January 1995:
"We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do."
"We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won’t take someone’s lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong."
When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, "Let me ask you. How does ESP work?" The questioner responded with, "All points in time and space are connected?" Rich then said, "That’s how it works!"

Because of the existence of this secret space program, it is believed that many UFOs, like, e.g. many of the so-called Black Triangles, are actually ours.
Possible confirmation of the existence of a Secret Space Program came when Gary McKinnon discovered an Excel sheet with list of "non-terrestrial officers".
An anonymous British source who claimed to have worked for the British intelligence services mentioned on the (no longer existing) Open Minds Forum that indeed such a secret space fleet existed and that it was called Solar Warden. Project Camelot whistleblower Arthur Nuemann confirmed the same.
Richard Dolan believes that the creation of this secret space program over time led to a breakaway civilization with its own exotic technology, a different view of the cosmos, our place in it, and a different version of Human history.
For what it's worth, self-proclaimed whistleblower Corey Goode claims that there actually is more than one secret space program. He claims there are not one but at least 11 breakaway civilizations, and each would have their own Secret Space Program. Some of them would have created a Secret Space Program Alliance among themselves, which in recent years would have fallen apart.
