Star

As a symbol, a star has many meanings. It can represent: the presence of a divinity (cf. the story of the Magi: a star indicated where Christ was); supremacy; the eternal; the undying; hope; angelic messenger of God; eyes of the night; divine guidance and favor; birth of Christ. Stars can also be symbols of hope and idealism, light and spirituality.
In the Tarot decks, the XVII-th card of the Major Arcana is the Star. It is a symbol of glory, of radiating harmony, balance and achievement.
