Tiphon

Tiphon allegedly is the name of a world in the constellation of Draco that is inhabited by the lizard race. When in 1954 official contact was made with the aliens of Draco, ambassadors were exchanged. (One of these, O.H. Krill or Crill, is well known in the literature about these events). One of the ambassadors is said to be from Tiphon. (Branton, Dulce 11).

Other sources mention Tiphon being one of the planets orbiting Lambda Draconis (Giansar, also spelled Gianfar), which is located 333 light years away.
