Mike Jamieson

Mike Jamieson is a retired psych tech who has been interested in the UFO phenomenon for decades. He is the co-founder of Operation Right to Know (ORTK), a grassroots organization that advocates for public disclosure of UFO information by the government and the military. He is also a blogger and a researcher who has collected and analyzed hundreds of cases of close encounters of the third and fourth kind, involving human interactions with extraterrestrial or non-human entities.

Jamieson's involvement in ufology began in the late 1980s, when he joined the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) as a field investigator. He soon realized that there was a lack of attention and support for witnesses who claimed to have had contact experiences with UFO occupants. He also noticed that many of these cases were dismissed or ridiculed by mainstream ufologists and the media. He decided to focus his efforts on documenting and validating these cases, as well as providing assistance and counseling to the experiencers.

In 1992, he co-founded ORTK with Ed Komarek, a former MUFON state director for Georgia. ORTK was inspired by the Citizens Against UFO Secrecy (CAUS), a group that filed lawsuits against the government for withholding UFO information. ORTK's main goal was to pressure the authorities to acknowledge and reveal the truth about UFOs and their occupants, as well as their implications for humanity and the planet. ORTK organized several demonstrations and protests at military bases, nuclear facilities, and other locations where UFO activity was reported or suspected. ORTK also published newsletters, flyers, and books to spread awareness and educate the public about the UFO phenomenon.

Jamieson's blog, ET Cultures, is a platform where he shares his findings and insights on various aspects of ufology, especially the close encounter cases. He has written several articles on topics such as historical cases of UFO landings and occupant sightings, alien abduction reports, hybridization programs, alien implants, crop circles, cattle mutilations, and more. He also reviews books and documentaries on these subjects, and interviews other researchers and experiencers. Jamieson's blog is a valuable resource for anyone who wants to learn more about the diverse and complex nature of the UFO phenomenon.
