Project Bluebird
Bluebird is the name of a former CIA Mind control program. It focused on interrogation techniques involving drugs, hypnosis, and isolation. It started in 1941 and lasted until 1951, when it was renamed to Artichoke. In 1953 it was succeeded by MkUltra.
The name has subsequently been used for several other non-related projects, including an AI system for traffic control.
